The Boba Bar, Maui
After realizing Maui has limited options for boba drinks, Malia Stewart and Sierra Coullahan decided to open
The Boba Bar Paia at 2A Baldwin Ave., just mauka of Paia Fish Market, on Jan. 31 of this year. Business hours are seven days a week, from 6 am-5 pm.
In the morning, you can enjoy espresso and coffee drinks, as well as some quick bites, including a selection of pastries from local bakeries (including some vegan choices) and spam musubis. The Boba Bar’s entire display of trendy boba drinks begins at 10 am.
